Our approach

Ordivum aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA where applicable across the website and native app. Accessibility is tested during development, but this is not a claim that an independent full conformance audit has found every screen free of barriers.

Current support

• Keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings, labels and status messages on the web.
• Text and controls that reflow across narrow screens without requiring horizontal page scrolling.
• State communicated with words or marks as well as colour, with reduced-motion preferences respected.
• iOS accessibility labels, Dynamic Type support and controls sized for touch interaction.
• Plain-language legal choices and links that remain available without signing in.

Known limits

A complete independent assistive-technology audit and representative disabled-user review are still required before public launch. Data-heavy charts and dense workout controls need continuing manual testing with screen readers, high zoom, switch control, voice control and large text. Any AI interaction will require the same accessible disclosure and non-chat alternative before release.

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days and provide an accessible alternative or progress update as soon as reasonably possible.
