Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Current position
Ordivum does not currently sell a subscription. These terms describe the intended controls and will be reissued with the company identity, effective date and checkout details before sales open.
Price and renewal
Checkout will show the seller, total price, tax treatment, billing interval, renewal date, included features and allowances before payment. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. There will be no overage, top-up, rollover or usage charge at launch.

AI Max also prepares 8 plateau analyses and 8 cross-pillar reports each month, plus 1 annual review in each rolling 12 months.
Trials and changes
- Plus is prepared with a 14-day trial; live AI has no free trial.
- Upgrades apply immediately with the platform's disclosed proration. An AI upgrade adds only the allowance difference after existing usage.
- Downgrades take effect at renewal. Cancellation keeps access through the paid-through date, then the account returns to Free.
- Tester access is separate, non-renewing, card-free and never converts automatically.
Cancellation, cooling-off and refunds
Web subscribers will manage billing and cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal. Apple purchases will be managed by Apple. The final checkout will explain any statutory cancellation right, any request to begin digital supply during that period, and the effect on refunds. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a service that was not supplied with reasonable care.
Account deletion asks Stripe to stop web renewal before billing identifiers are erased. An active App Store subscription must be cancelled with Apple before deletion can finish. Account deletion ends access immediately and does not itself create a refund; mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Service credits
An Ordivum-controlled outage lasting 24 consecutive hours or 48 cumulative hours in a billing period is intended to grant an affected-time credit rounded up to whole days. It will extend the paid-through date or, where that cannot benefit a cancelled customer, be remedied through the original platform.
